WEAPONS

1h Blunt:
This weapon is good for PVP but it is also quit good for PVE with a 1h blunt you have nice speed and a shield that gives you more defense

2h Sword:
This weapon is great for PVE because you have high damage so you can kill your mobs faster

1h sword:
Not many people use this because it has a low damage

Halberd:
This is the same as a 2H sword, so its good for PVE

Axe:
Almost nobody uses this

The best weapon that you should use is either a 1H Blunt + Shield or a 2h weapon

Stoning your weapon

Your weapon should at least have 6 slots
In your weapon you should put 4 attack prayer stones this will get your attack up and 2 element stones. Always put element stones of the same element and level in your weapon.

Or you can just put Linear blow back to stage 4, you don’t really need linear blow since you have 4 Aoe’s, so from lvl 40 you can reset it with a reset orb or with the reset button

From here of on you can either go through with this build or you could make a critical builded knight, critical knights are very usefull if you are lvl 60 or higher
If you want to go critical you will need the skills:
-paint with blood
-Supreme damage
-Razor sharp: This could be usefull as well

These are the skills u will need the most: Big Wheel is optional you don’t need to use this only if you think you won’t have enough with 3 skills, The resistance skills are a must, stunning is also very useful.

Some interesting points:
- The buffs you always need are Echo combat, Bellow, Immortal calling and Bludgeon or Brute force. These are the skills every Knight should have.
- If you want to grind comfortably, you should have 3 Aoe’s or more, my build has 4 in it but that is not necessary.
- How to grind: gather some mobs - run - perform your Aoe’s - run and let your hp recover and do it again till your mobs are dead
- Not to forget, The spikes: The best spikes for knights are Hook + Big Wheel and Death Strike + Dragon divide

SKILLS EXPLANATION

Combat skills
Dual slash:
this is the first attack that you can buy, my advise is don’t buy it. It has low damage and you will get better skills pretty soon.

Shield Bash:
this is a useful skill for PVP. with a good shield you can stun your opponents. I would advise buying it if you want a PVP build

Linear blow:
this is the first Aoe you get, you should max this one as soon as possible and keep it till you are lvl 40 or higher (see the build section)

Triple slash:
this is almost the same as dual slash only a bit better, so here i have the same advise do not buy this

Axe smash:
if you use an Axe as weapon then you should buy this it is a DOT attack sometimes useful but my advise is do not use an Axe

Blade sting:
its a single attack for 1handed sword, so this is for PVP. i wouldn’t advise to use a 1h sword

Swing shot:
a very important aoe if you are using 2handed sword. 2 handed swords are the best to grind with

Stun Shock:
this is a PVP skill witch allow you to stun your opponents. if you are a blunt user you should buy this

Strike of dead:
The strongest attack for PVP, the only negative about it is that it can fail

Hook:
The 3th aoe you get, you should max this one as soon as possible

Big Wheel:
This is the 4th aoe you can get it is stronger than hook, my advise is to reset linear blow from this point

Dragon Divide:
This is the 5th aoe you can get, the strongest aoe that knight have. Now you should get rid of linear blow for sure. without linear blow you have 4 aoe’s again and some skill points you can use for other things

Buffs
Speed attack:
this is really a waste of skill points

Combat Echo:
one of the most important buffs it increases hp and strength

Brute Force, Power Blade, Bludgeon, Power Axe:
also a very important buff, max the one corresponding with your weapon as soon as possible

Faith Defender:
If you use a shield this is a good buff to use, it adds block and skill block, the chantra evasion potions do not stack with this buff

Stun Protection:
this gives you some protection against the stuns of other players, 1 point is enough

Class skills
Bellow:
This buff is very important, it gives you more defense, you should max this one as soon as possible.

Resistance:
This buff gives you more resistance to element attacks and also gives you more element attack, my advise is max it

Sprint:
Not really useful, this skill increases your movement speed. I suggest to use a speeding pot instead of this

Immortal Calling:
this is also an important buff, it gives you more defense and strength, max it as soon as possible

Paint with Blood:
This is an interesting skill for high level players, you shouldn’t use this unless you are level 65 or higher, the skill increases critical hits, very useful on higher levels

Razor Sharp:
This skill increases your accuracy, this is not very useful so i would suggest not to use it

Sacrifice:
A lot of people use this, my opinion on this is that it is very bad, it gives you more hp but lowers your defense and attack, i suggest using health burst instead of this

Spirit Shield:
very useful in PVP, if you are a PVP built knight max this one as soon as possible

Passive Skills
Endurance: This increases your Strength
Supreme Damage: If you decide to go critical then this skill should be maxed as soon as possible, till then don’t buy it
Nimbleness: A knight doesn’t need this
Power Surge: It gives you more power, its not really useful so don’t buy it
Intellect: Nothing for knight
Mind Boost: Knight doesn’t need this
Defense Hold: Useful for grinding, you will get less damage using this, my advise is use it
Health Burst: This skill increases your hp, use this skill instead of Sacrifice
Spirit Snap: This gives you more element resistance, not really necessary because if you follow the build i gave you already have 2 skills giving you more resistance

GEAR

Armor:

For your armor top you have to look for something with green stats: Maximum hp +..%, Skill block +3% or more and Some physical defense
the best is with 3 slots
first put some ref pots on your armor
and then the stones, the stones you need to put in your armor are: Physical resistance Lv 1/2/3 , a stamina stone Lv 1/2/3 and a Life prayer stone Lv 1/2/3

Greaves:

For your greaves you will need as green stats something with: Resistance against physical attack +4% or more and some +hp or physical defense
Put some ref pots in it and put 1 Skill block Lv 1/2/3 and a Physical Resistance Lv 1/2/3 in it

Gauntlets:

The gauntlets will need as stats: Attack speed +% this is important and maby some +% accuracy
In your gauntlets you should put some Elemental stones

Boots:

For the boots you will need as stats: +% movement speed and 3% or more Block
put some elemental stones in here as well

Helmet:

A helmet only needs 1 stat and that is +6 all stats or more and stone it with an elemental stone

Shield:

Buy a shield with stats, block or skill block: Block for PVE and Skill block for PVP, if the shield has + Block then put a blocking accuracy prayer stone in it, if it has + Skill block put a Skill block prayer stone in it

ACCESSORIES

Ring:
A knight needs a ring that gives + Power, strength or stamina
This will increase your hits or give you more Hp

Necklace:

Look for a necklace with all stats +6/ +8 and some elemental resistance 4% or more
